In 1929, the Japanese restaurant “IPPEI-SO” was opened in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. In 1940, the restaurant was featured in the book "100 Famous Restaurants in Tokyo," written by the famous food critic, Tetsunosuke Tada. IPPEI-SO has been loved for a long time and its traditional taste has been passed down to the present.
We are committed to making a delicious tasting dashi by fully utilizing the flavor of the ingredients. We use high quality dried bonito flakes, tuna flakes, kombu kelp, and of course no addictive are added. Our golden dashi is not just a typical Kansai-style dashi but also one with a more elegant taste.
